Itinerary

Your Golden Triangle journey begins with pickup from your hotel in Delhi by a private chauffeur in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. After a brief orientation, meet your English-speaking guide and begin exploring the historic quarters of Old Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, and observe the architectural symmetry and bustling surroundings that define the old city atmosphere.
Continue to Raj Ghat, the memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, set amidst peaceful gardens that offer a quiet moment within the capital. Drive toward Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the tallest brick minarets in the world. Its red sandstone carvings and surrounding ruins reflect early Indo-Islamic craftsmanship.
The afternoon includes a visit to Humayun’s Tomb, a grand Mughal mausoleum considered a precursor to the Taj Mahal. Pass by India Gate and the Presidential Buildings before concluding your half-day tour. Return to your hotel for overnight stay in Delhi.

After breakfast, depart by road for Agra, a city closely associated with Mughal splendor. The journey typically takes three to four hours, offering views of rural North India and changing landscapes. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax before beginning your sightseeing program.
Meet your Agra-based guide and proceed to the iconic Taj Mahal, a marble monument commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. The symmetry, intricate inlay work, and riverside setting make it one of the most admired structures globally. Your guide will explain the historical narrative and architectural details that define its legacy.
Later, visit Agra Fort, a red sandstone fortress built by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. The fort’s palaces and courtyards narrate stories of imperial administration and royal life. Continue to Itmad-ud-Daulah, known as the “Baby Taj,” admired for its delicate marble craftsmanship. Conclude the day at Mehtab Bagh for a scenic riverside perspective. Overnight stay in Agra.

After breakfast, begin your journey to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. En route, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital built by Emperor Akbar. This UNESCO World Heritage Site features well-preserved courtyards, mosques, and royal halls that illustrate Mughal planning and architecture from the late 16th century.
Walk through Buland Darwaza, one of the tallest gateways in the world, and explore the Diwan-i-Khas and Panch Mahal structures. Your guide will describe how the city flourished briefly before being abandoned due to water scarcity. The architectural layout reflects a blend of Persian and Indian influences.
Continue your drive toward Jaipur. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. You may stroll through nearby markets or relax at the hotel. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

After breakfast, begin your exploration of Jaipur with a visit to Amber Fort, situated on a hill overlooking Maota Lake. Enjoy a Jeep ride up to the fort entrance and admire the massive gates and detailed courtyards inside. The Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) and royal halls reflect the grandeur of Rajput rulers.
Return to the city to visit the City Palace complex, a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The museum displays royal garments, weaponry, and historical artifacts. Nearby stands Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh, featuring large stone instruments designed for celestial calculations.
End the day at Hawa Mahal, known as the Palace of Winds, constructed with hundreds of small windows allowing royal women to observe city life discreetly. Lunch is included during sightseeing. Later, you may visit Bapu Bazar or Johri Bazar, famous for textiles and jewelry. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

After breakfast, drive back to Delhi in your private vehicle. The return journey provides a final opportunity to observe rural life and highways connecting Rajasthan with the capital. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred directly to the airport according to your flight schedule.
Your 5-day Golden Triangle India Tour concludes with lasting impressions of Mughal monuments, Rajput palaces, and vibrant city life.
