These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Swastik India Journeys. By confirming a booking, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
To confirm your tour, a non-refundable advance payment of 20% of the total tour cost is required.
In addition:
- 100% payment for air/train tickets must be made at the time of ticket issuance.
- After initial confirmations, an additional 30% of the tour cost is required.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival in India.
During peak season (20 December – 05 January), 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings will only be confirmed once the required payments are received.
2. Pricing & Currency Fluctuation
All prices are quoted based on prevailing foreign exchange rates at the time of proposal.
Final pricing is subject to fluctuation in exchange rates and may be adjusted at the time of payment.
Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or government levies may also affect final pricing.
3. Amendments to Confirmed Tours
We do not encourage changes to confirmed arrangements. However, amendments may be possible depending on availability.
Changes may attract:
- Administrative charges
- Supplier cancellation penalties
- Additional cost differences
All amendments must be requested in writing.
4. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to:
- Ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months)
- Obtain a valid visa
- Carry necessary travel documents
Swastik India Journeys is not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation.
5. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control including:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Strikes
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
6. Liability
We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). While we ensure quality service, we are not liable for actions or failures of third-party suppliers.
