We understand that plans may change. All cancellations must be notified in writing and will be effective on the date received.
Standard Tour Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 120 days prior to arrival – 50% of deposited amount refunded
- Cancellation 120 to 90 days prior – 30% refunded
- Cancellation 90 to 60 days prior – 20% refunded
- Cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival – No refund
Alternate Cancellation Structure (Earlier Policy)
- 90 days prior – 100% refund
- 90 to 60 days – 50% refund
- 60 to 45 days – 30% refund
- Within 45 days – No refund
(Company reserves the right to apply the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking.)
Important Notes
- Flight tickets: Non-refundable
- Train tickets: As per railway rules
- Hotel peak season bookings may have stricter policies
- No refund for unused services
- Cancellation due to natural calamities – No refund
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days.
